Hi, I'm James Watt
I'm an expat living in Alicante, and I help other foreigners who live in or own a home in Spain pay a fair price for their electricity.
I know what it's like to live in a country that isn't yours and get paperwork in a language that isn't yours. And Spanish electricity bills are among the most baffling of all: contracted power, access tolls, time bands, social bonus… Hardly anyone explains it to you.
That's why I built this comparison. You show me your bill, I recalculate it with your real consumption and tell you which tariff would have cost you less that same month. No averages, no small print, and no company paying me to be listed first.
If you decide to switch, I handle the paperwork with the new supplier. All you do is sign on your phone.
How I work
- I tell you the truth, even when the best thing is not to switch.
- The same order for everyone: from the cheapest tariff to the most expensive for your consumption.
- Your details and your bill are used only for your comparison.
When I'm not looking at bills
You'll find me on one of the golf courses around the province or out cycling the roads of the Costa Blanca. If you see me, say hello: a chat about electricity at the 19th hole counts too.
Will you show me your bill?
In less than a minute you'll know if you're paying too much.
